BSN Application Process
There are two applications needed to pursue a degree in nursing.
First, you must apply to the university through the Office of Admissions. Once admitted, you will work with a pre-nursing advisor for program planning.
Second, you must complete the BSN program application process. The IU East BSN program utilizes a holistic admission review process. There are a number of factors that influence the decision of admission for an applicant. These factors include but are not limited to, GPA, TEAS scores, personal experiences, and attributes. You may view the complete BSN admissions policy at Policies.
Your application must be submitted online within the designated application period. Contact the pre-nursing advisor for guidance on deadlines and application requirements. Applications are accepted October 1 - November 1, as well as December 1 - February 1 for the upcoming academic year.
