While this won't necessarily initiate criminal or university action, reporting sets the groundwork for potential disciplinary action and could help implement supportive measures such as no-contact orders or assistance in changing academic, living, transportation, and/or work situations.
* Responsible employees include (but are not limited to) instructors, advisors, coaches and athletic staff who work with students, student affairs administrators, all supervisors and university officials, and other employees who work in offices that interface with students. They are required to report a disclosure of sexual misconduct to the Deputy Title IX Coordinator.
